Live in A great opportunity exists for a dedicated chef to join this lovely gastro inn, set in a beautiful secluded position and within short commutable distance from Bristol.

Job Description

Our client pride themselves in sourcing their product as local as possible. All food is freshly prepared on sight and to the highest standards.
As the establishment is very well known, they generally serve a minimum of 700 covers a week. These targets are met working along side a brigade of 7 chefs.

They can also accommodate small functions of 40 covers max.

Required Experience

In order for your application to be considered for an interview, the following criteria is essential: * Sous Chef/ Head Chef experience
* Great financial abilities
* Excellent Man management skills
* You need to be well experienced in producing all food from fresh

Salary and Benefits

The starting salary for this role is £23000- £25000. Bonuses can be achieved based on meeting your financial targets
Live in accommodation is available on request.
