A very rare opportunity has arisen to join a family-friendly recruitment business looking to appoint a Commercial / Office Support perms consultant in its smaller, Bristol office. This branch is one of five UK locations for this expanding agency.

You need to have sound knowledge of the Bristol market and preferably up to date client knowledge. You would be managed in a largely 'hands-off' capacity and would be expected to generate candidates and vacancies yourself, though direct sales, advertising, and cross selling from the existing temps database. You would of course receive support and training as necessary.

Our client is willing to offer a competitive pro-rata basic salary and generous commission scheme. An initial trial phase on a time-sheet would also be considered, as would a direct permanent entry and increasing hours as and when you wish (including full-time flexi).
