I am moving out of a house on Staple Hill road, and need to find some one else to fill my room - I am only moving out as I am moving in with my fiance, not because there is anything wrong with the other tenants or the house! There are 4 others in the house (all students at UWE, so would be perfect for someone studying at St Matts), the house is a good size, the landlord is always available to deal with any problems. The room I am leaving is a good sized double room, with a double bed, desk, desk chair, large wardrobe, big chest of drawers, bedside cabinet. We each pay about £20 (depending on usage and billed by the landlord) every 3 months towards the tv licence, wireless internet, virgin media tv and other bills including electric and gas.

The house is directly accross the road from a bus stop (48/49), close to the co op, St Matts and the Ulink bus service.
