Pub manager required for local food led pub in South Bristol. Candidates must have previous experience and be able to demonstrate ability to run a local pub serving good quality food and real ales. Will be responsible for all aspects of the business from ordering, stock control, health, hygiene and safety, cost control and staff management.

Pub is a large, double-storey building comprising of large main bar area & small courtyard. There is excellent accommodation available with the position. Interior decor of the pub and kitchen was refitted in 2007 and in good condition.


Available for immediate start, salary negotiable depending on experience. Two referees must be provided and will be taken up.
