House ethos - classically house mates are over 21 and under 35 and we don’t do students, DSS, couples, smokers or pets. All graduates keen to climb the career ladder, the rest of the house tend to keep sensible hours during the week, but expect the social lives to get serious at the weekend. Parties at the house are always a civilized possibility – your house mates will like your friends if they bring a bottle but not if they trash the place. Double beds are on all round, but regular double occupancy isn’t – no moral issues, but play at home every other weekend, play away the rest of the time to keep the numbers of people using the bathrooms down to something sensible.
