Young Professional (non-smoker) required to rent good sized fully furnished double room in my two bedroom flat during the week only (Sun night-Thurs or Mon-Fri night). However you could leave your belongings in the room over the weekends.

The flat is in an excellent location close to the bars and shops on Whiteladies Road, the Downs and M4/M5/M32 motorway links. There are may buses than run regularly from nearby to the city centre/temple meads also.

The flat is a new build has views of Bristol, a balcony, all mod cons, wi-fi, and you would have main use of the main bathroom as my room has an en-suite, so no queues for the shower! There is plenty of on street parking readily available 1 minute walk from the flat.
The room has a very comfortable pocket sprung double bed, bedside table, Portable TV (digital) and a wardrobe.

The move-in date is very flexible and although you will be required to sign an agreement I am open to discussion with regards to the terms/length of this.
