Hi, we are seeking a mature professional female non-smoker (our flatmate, Marie-Ange, has moved out to buy a house) to share with two males (we want to keep a mixed gender flatshare) for a medium sized double room in a lovely and spacious top-floor flat in St Andrews, close to the park. The flat is well decorated with a large living room and a huge kitchen and dining room. It has all the mod cons such as washing machine/dishwasher etc. and has wireless broadband internet. The rent is £350 per month inclusive of all bills, sky tv and broadband. You would be joining a relaxed friendly and creative flatshare - I am training as an art therapist and my flatmate plays classical and flamenco guitar etc.
