Salary: £17,500 + benefits + bonus (up to £25,000)
Bristol Careers is currently looking for a self motivated, reliable and hard working individual to work in a rewarding Account Handler / Business Development Advisor role for a registered charity with head offices based in Bristol.
Our client is a ethical and conscientious ``not for profit`` organistion and has enjoyed steady growth through out 2009. Part funded by the government they run a fair and stable business, they value their staff and can offer rewarding long term careers.
Your role will be to manage a portfolio of accounts and generate new business through warm and cold leads. You will work to targets your main responsibilities are (but not limited to):
- Prospecting new businesses
- Management of pipeline business
- Building and maintaining effective working relationships with all customers
- Maximise all business opportunities
To apply for this role you MUST have:
- 12 months experience in an office environment
- 12 months experience in telesales, customer services or a similar role
- A consistent career history (no job hoppers)
- Some automotive experience is helpful
- A proactive and target driven attitude
You will be given a basic salary of £17,500 with on target earnings of up to £25,000. You will receive a fantastic benefits package including 26 days holiday (+ bank holidays), 15% pension, BUPA health care and much more. You will also be given training and support with you on going career development.
