Our client, a leading national law firm, is continuing to flourish and expand despite challenging market conditions. As part of this continuing development, the firm is looking further strengthen its Commercial Litigation Team in Bristol.

As part of the increasingly busy team, you will be handling a varied caseload of Commercial Property Litigation work primarily in connection with insurance claims. Your work will include but not be limited to the defence of substantial claims mainly on behalf of insurance company clients.

The Person:
- You will have a good knowledge and recent experience of Commercial Property Litigation work, either acting for claimants or defendants.
- As well as being a first class litigator, you will be a confident negotiator and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
- You will have good marketing and client development skills.
