We have a single room available in our student house, rent is £285 pcm (Works out as just under £66 a week). The house is situated close to the arches, has 7 bedrooms in total with 4 boys and 2 girls currently living there. There is a nice living area, dining room and a garden.

We want someone who is going to be part of the house, come to the pub occasionally and not just someone who hides away in their bedroom all day and night!
