Two Friendly and sociable professionalish type guys are looking to house share with an amiable, tidy yet fun person. As we are two guys, we think it may be nice to mix things up a little, so to share with a girl could work well but this is not the most important attribute as we would also be very happy to share with another guy too.

The room comes unfurnished but it is the largest bedroom in the house with a lovely view of Victoria Park (you can see it in the distance) and lots of potential to make very homely indeed. There is a modern, yet comfortable living area equipped with cable television and a DVD player for those quiet nights in. As we are both keen amateur chefs, the kitchen is well equipped with all mod cons. The house has gas central heating and the bathroom has a very warm and indeed powerful power shower! The garden is huge so needs a bit of tender love and care but is perfect for bbqs etc. in the summer!

The house is situated close to two main bus routes and the city centre is a twenty minute walk over Victoria Park and Redcliffe Hill or 10 minutes away by bike!

The rent is very reasonable as we are still paying the same rent that we paid 4 years ago, however a deposit of £325 is required.
