About Us: One girl (32) and one gay guy (35) - both sane and sorted and nice normal people. We are both quite outgoing and friendly. We like nights in cooking & drinking, DVD's in front of the log fire and eating in the dining room like proper people. Occasional Sunday's involve a few beers at the pub and a roast. Quite a few sometimes.
About the room: Like the rest of the house the room has high ceilings and windows so is nice and bright. There is no furniture in the room and it will be unfurnished but we can supply a bed (new) if required. No pictures of it but size is approx 15' x 13' with original fireplace and sash window.
About the rest of the house: The house is a large Victorian terrace on the Bath Road in Brislington. There is a corner shop a 15 second walk away. The shops (P.O. etc) at Sandy Park are a 5 min walk. Tesco (Airport Rd) is a 7 min walk. The Bath Road has multiple bus routes and only takes 10 mins in to Centre - bus stop is 30 seconds away and we are on edge of Zone 1. There is cable WiFi (10mbps) in the house and Sky HD. Kitchen has all usual amenities such as washing machine, dishwasher, microwave etc. The bathroom is located on the 1st floor and has a large shower.
About You: Age is of little importance, as is your gender or sexuality... we are equal opportunity employers! Much more important is your personality i.e. you have one... The ethos of the house is that life is there to be enjoyed so you should have a similar outlook... so no nuns I’m afraid. Ideally you are clean and tidy and living with other people you need to have consideration for others. Equally you will be afforded the same consideration and respect.
The bills are included in the rent but we are big on efficiency so remember to turn lights off!
To summarise: Nice room in a lovely period house with great transport links for not much money with bills included. We are nice friendly people and up for a good laugh.
