Hospitality Temps Recruitment Consultant
We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant preferably with Hospitality experience to join our expanding team. Working as part of a team you will be expected to jump in feet first to both maintain and expand our business. As Market leader in Hospitality recruitment Berkeley Scott supplies some of the most prestigious hotels and venues.
Based in our Bristol office you will need to be capable of taking control of your business and organising and managing your own time. Your job will be to manage some existing accounts, as well as winning and developing new accounts. You will also be required to build and maintain a database of staff; this will involve inducting and training to the standards required and building staff loyalty. You will need to know the difference between a good and bad member of staff and be quite comfortable saying no, as well as being prepared to never take no for an answer! We really want someone who understands this business inside and out and is standards led!
Likely Duties:
Managing client accounts to ensure 100% satisfaction
Business development - including cold calling
Recruitment and management of database of staff
Supervising and management of the staff on site at client locations
Training staff to Client standards
Dealing with staff queries
Ensuring all staff are 100% legally compliant
The successful person is likely to be working for one of our competitors and looking for a bigger opportunity or to secure their future.
Either way we will be looking for 100% commitment and hard work and an ability to really take ownership and satisfy clients. You will be required to work weekends as required.
