£37,000 - £39,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance + Benefits + Car.

My client is a Highly recognised National Contractor specialising in high profile education and commercial contracts throughout the country. They currently require an experienced Site Manager to work out of their Bristol Offices on contracts in and around the region.

As the successful candidate you will be responsible for managing any one of their up and coming extensions or new builds valued anywhere between £10m - £25million. You will be responsible for the day to day running of your site, including all aspects of health and safety, method statements as well as managing sub contractors and ordering materials.

With a proven track record in delivering projects on time and to budget, you will have come from a trades or construction background, and be already working with a similar sized contractor. Experience in the Education sector is advantageous, however not essential as you use your outstanding communication and leadership skills to reach your goals. However, you will have experience in managing projects over £10 million.
