My housemate is on the move so I’m looking for someone to replace him.

The location of the flat is fab as it’s just round the corner from Clifton Down shops and train station so has great access to shops, bars/cafes, bus and rail links and is within walking distance of the city centre. It’s a really lovely flat, lots of light and very modern it has an open plan living area with a swish kitchen including dishwasher, which is always a bonus.

The hall area has a desk and shelving which makes it handy for office/making work. The flat has its own front door and what is really lovely for this area is the flat has a back garden.

The room is a good sized unfurnished double room and has built in wardrobe and good storage space. There is a lovely modern bathroom with a good shower which you’d pretty much have to yourself as I’ve got ensuite.

A little bit about me, I'm single and like to keep myself occupied. I enjoy going to gigs, reading – a lot, sci-fi films, x-box and the odd tipple of gin.

The flat is non smoking and I’d like someone who wants to make the flat a comfortable place to live. Ideally I'd like someone who'd be up for the odd tea/medicinal cider/nip of gin and chat but has their own social circle and interests.

The rent for the room is 425 per month. Your share of the bills would be about 120 per month - this includes utilities, phone, tv licence, broadband internet etc
