This is a great opportunity for an existing Assistant Manager of a high volume restaurant to join this fast expanding ‘Investors in People’ company. Assistant Manager Requirements:
*Restaurant background a must
*A strong passion for the industry

*Proven ability of running a large team

*Proven ability to work under pressure

*Willingness to learn

The site is in the centre of Bath and is very busy – especially in the summer and Christmas season. There is very good support for the new Assistant Manager from the General Manager and existing Assistant Managers and although the company is expanding they still keep the family feel or not being ‘a number’. This is one of the top brands to work for and you will be rewarded for your hard work and enthusiasm.

The Assistant Manager salary is dependant on your experience and background
