An interntational recognized expert in the field of consultancy is looking to hire a Stock (Share) Manager to be based in their Bristol office. (Salary would depend on experience).

Your core responsibilities are to manage a mixed portfolio of clients, advising on the use of of various forms of stock based remuneration for international employees, liaising directly with clients regarding local tax treatments in respect of stock based remuneration, preparation of stock based remuneration documentation for awards to individuals in non-US jurisdictions and advising client on the use of all international tax planning opportunities.

You should be a qualified CTA (ACA / ACCA with relevant tax experience, also considered), has a robust working knowledge of stock based remuneration schemes and has working knowledge of international accounting standards.

You should be a team player, driven to get the work done and you should have great attention to detail.
