Room: This single room comes fully furnished. It has a single bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, side table, lamp.
House: This is an Edwardian end of terrace house. It has two floors and four bedrooms. There is a nice sized communal living room, a kitchen (gas cooker and hob, microwave, washing machine), bathroom with shower on first floor, garden.

Location: This house is on a quiet no through road. It is only 100m from Fishponds road, which has all the shops and bus routes that you require. It is well situated for the City centre, UWE, St Mattias, Frenchay Hospital.

Housemates: They are very nice housemates. They are all professional and are in their 20’s. They are sociable to each other, but respect each others space. It is not a party house and is really looked after like a home. It is non smoking. All the tenants are really tidy and like to keep the communal areas clean for each other. The house has a really nice atmosphere, so it will be important that you maintain this.

Cleaner: A cleaner comes every third week. She will clean all communal areas and will clean your room if you like.
This room is for one person only. There will only be a maximum of four people in the four bed house at any one time.
Rent: £230 pcm for a big one and £180 for small one.
Bills: £50pcm. This includes council tax, gas, electricity, water, TV, broadband, cleaner.
