We are currently recruiting for two Claims Technician to join our established Bristol based client.

Person Specification

• Medical claims experience
• Probate and wills experience is desirable
• 2 years’ claims experience or 2 years’ premiums experience
• Ability to demonstrate sensitivity and behave appropriately when dealing directly with members’ medical claims and bereaved families
• Experience of dealing with payment collection; direct debits, lapses, arrears, bank statements, recording and allocating premiums
• Excellent communication skills via all methods
• Good team player
• Ability to prioritise
• Experience of multi-tasking and having a varied workload
• Intermediate to Advanced IT skills in Word, Excel and Outlook
• Financial Services experience
• Full time positions: 3 shift patterns operate between 8am and 6pm

Salary £15,500 - £16,500 depending on experience
