Our client is part of a large global hotel company and is located in central Bristol.
This property has around 200 bedrooms, large restaurant with 1 rosette and extensive conference and event facilities.

Job Description
Our client is a big corporate hotel in Bristol currently seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join their kitchen brigade.
They excel in both the corporate market as well as providing the best possible fine dine experience in town. They are currently aiming for their 2nd rosette.

Required Experience

In order for your CV to be considered for the Chef de Partie position, the following criteria needs to be met:
* Rosette experience a must
* Passion and enthusiasm for the industry
* Good knowledge and understanding of running sections in a kitchen
* Skills and ability to help the kitchen in gaining their 2nd rosette

Salary and Benefits

The starting salary for this role is £16000.
