This 1930’s Hotel situated in the heart of the Cotswolds seeks a Restaurant Supervisor.
With 4 Red stars and 3 Rosettes this is a fantastic career opportunity.

Ideally you will come from a similar background, having trained and managed a team to deliver the same high caliber standards.
Attention to detail, charm and personality are all key – as guests will warm to you and you will look forward to welcoming them back, and getting to know them on name basis.

You will be involved with the Head Chef and Kitchen in menu preparations etc…
You will have at least 2 rosette restaurant management experience, be knowledgeable in all aspects of
• Staff training
• Dealing with suppliers
• Cash management
• Housekeeping
• Hygiene
• Food Safety Standards.

Coupled with your character and charm, you can expect to make a name for yourself in the industry.

Remuneration is starting at £16-£17k plus service charge . There are fantastic benefits, as well as opportunity to develop and grow.
