Hi there we have a sunny furnished double room coming up in our house in late may.
Wooden floors throughout, open fireplace in the living room & a lounge that opens out onto our lush big back garden.
We are both in our early 30's. I'm currently studying access to art & design at ashley down college & work p/time in the evenings. Francesco is an engineer with a wind energy company. I lived here on and off for about 7 yrs and find it quite a nice place to live, nice neighbours close to the cycle path, st marks rd cafes & the sweet mart. we tend to take turns at cooking when we are not out & about (not really an issue if yr not into that), play music & watch dvds rather than watch the television but also have nice relaxing days of pure silence.

It's £220pcm + bills + £220 deposit.
