Our client is a well established Private Care home with Nursing. Provides registered care and specialist care to 60 residents with Alzheimer's, dementia and the elderly. The require a Full Time Permanent Home Manager based in Bristol.

Qualifications:

R.G.N. Level 1 / R.N.M.H. / R.M.A / N.V.Q. Level 4 Management.

Duties:

1. To provide leadership to all staff in order to deliver the highest possible quality of care within a safe working and living environment.

2. To become the person in charge responsible for the day-to-day running of the home with 24 hour responsibility for the care of the residents.

3. To manage the effective use of resources and maintain high levels of occupancy.

4. To provide improvement, independence and choice for residents.

5. To comply with all regulatory and legislative requirements at all times and in particular the Commission for Social Care Inspection for the Registration and Inspection of Nursing Homes and N.M.C. guidelines.


Annual salary £30,000 - £35,000
