House is a couple of minutes from the Gloucester road with quick bus routes to the centre, Broadmead, Cribs causway or colleges.On the same street as Ashley Down City of Bristol College, easy access to Filton and UWE colleges, would suit a student.
Gloucester road is a retail therapy delight! and all the eating places, bars, music venues and lounges you could wish for.
I teach and am into Holistic therapies and such like and you would need to be someone with an open mind regarding this areas.
Also an open mind regarding shared cleaning duties for shared areas.
