This guitar is in as new condition, ungigged, unmarked and hardly played. It is one hell of a guitar. The hardware, sound and build is far better than any Mexican Fender Stratocaster and for less price.

These were the guitars that Leo Fender was working on when CBS took over Fender, He and George Fullerton (G&L) went on to design what they felt would be the ultimate Stratocaster, this guitar is a joy to play.
The three single Fullerton made G&L Magnetic field design single coil pickups are hotter than those in the Legacy. G&L special switching enables the standard 5-position Strat pickup selection, but a toggle switch also allows you to enable the bridge and neck pickup together, or all pickups at once.... this is a trick David Gilmour had installed on his Strat years ago... This along with the S-500 hotter pickups gives this guitar superb versatility, classic Strat jangle, or searing, cutting solos a la Pink Floyd
