This is a five bedroom house in Hotwells- one person will be moving out to live with her boyfriend in August so there is a room available. You would be living with two males and two females, ages 22-27, all "professional work type" people!

This is a great house, situated right next to Cumberland Basin, so there are some nice water views. It is about 20 minutes walk from the centre, and 15 minutes walk into Clifton/ Whiteladies /Park st. The house has a good sized living room, a decent kitchen, dishwasher, washer and dryer, two bathrooms, (a bath and a shower) a garden, large shed. It is quite spacious and has some lovely period features.

The room in question is on the 1st floor, at the back of the house. It is a pretty decent sized room- comfortably fits a double bed, wardrobe, desk, fireplace, etc, and it also comes with a sink. The room will be unfurnished, but there may be the option of having it furnished if required. (I will need to speak to my landlady about this.) The rent is £350 per month, excluding bills. The bills are not too bad as there are five of us, and these would be all the usual- water, gas, electricity, council tax. Plus we have Virgin Media broadband, cable TV and landline to pay between all of us.

We are looking for someone in their twenties, female, who is reliable, friendly, sociable, tidy and easy going. Sorry, no students or couples! The house is non-smoking, and you would require a reference and one month's rent for a deposit.

Moving date is negotiable, but my housemate would be looking to move in mid-late August to give you an idea.
