Cosy single room in friendly houseshare Southville (£240 pcm)
Hello all,
We have a single room available in our shared house just off North Street, Southville. Currently 3 girls and a boy all aged between 23-28. We are looking for another friendly young professional to join our household. We like to chill out together at home during the weeknights but often head into town during the weekend.
The rent is £240 a month and all bills never usually come to more than £40 a month. The contract is for a minimum of 6 months and can start any time from today.
The house has a large lounge, kitchen and bathroom, and we also have a back garden where we like to have berbeques in the summer.
