Business Analyst - Financial Services / Front Office

To qualify for this role, you must have the following:
• Experience in front office or back office financial services technology in particular, order management / trading systems and back office settlement platforms
• Experience in portfolio management systems and customer relationship management systems although not mandatory would be ideal
• Solid background in similar work in the Financial Services / Investments / Wealth Management industry
• Experience in online service offering for retail financial service clients, with particular focus on the online client experience
• A rigorous background in the full lifecycle of business analysis activities including process mapping, scope definition, requirements definition, functional design, testing, implementation, and user training
• Relevant university degree and/or equivalent qualifications or business analysis experience
