The company are a group of themed restaurants renowned for fresh food and quality service in vibrant, contemporary surroundings. Job Description As General Manager you will support the Operations Manager in driving the business forward and ensuring that an excellent customer experience is maintained at all times. You will have responsibility for making sure that all staff are properly trained and motivated. As well as controlling the front of house operation, you will be fully accountable for all back of house responsibilities including stock checks, staff rotas, finance and profit and loss along with all other admin. Required Experience * At least 2 to 3 years experience at General Manager level within a high volume, quality driven environment. * A passion for working with quality fresh produce. * Excellent organisational skills. * Profit and Loss accountability. * A proven track record of exceeding customers expectations. * The ability to drive a business forward. * The ability to get the best from your team through ongoing training and motivation. Salary and Benefits The starting salary for this role is 25,000 dependant on experience, along with a generous performance related bonus scheme.
