I live in a very large 2 bedroom house in Sheffield which is not in a council estate near all universitys (5mins walk) and 10mins walk into the town center.1 mins walk to local post office/doctors/infants school and hospital.The house has private parking only outside the front and a private lane for residents to off street park etc.Permits can be obtained by the council if you wish to park outside the house between 9-6 through the council.The house has a back garden which is fenced with gate seperating the patio where again the whole garden is fenced and secured with a back gate leading into the private lane.The house includes a cellar a very large kitchen and large front room with a small back bedroom and a large front bedroom.The toilet/bathroom has a walk-in power shower (new) and access to the attic.The area is well known for being very quiet and it is a culture shock for anyone who is used to inner city life like myself.
The location is fantastic and i cannot rate it enough after living here for almost two and a hlf yrs.
I am looking to move back to my home town of Bristol town after a relationship breakdown otherwise i would not even think about moving back but having no real close friends or family i would like to after ending my rel;ationship with my partner.
What i am looking for is a home swap or exchange either in Bristol or WSM and it must be pet friendly as i own a dog.
