My client is a reputable dementia care home with an with excellent reports from CSCI. The turn over of staff is very low and you will be working with a fantastic team of nurses and carers.



You will be responsible for liaising with and co-operate with CSCI inspectors and implement and operate the company Quality Assurance Model.



In addition, you will be required to promote a caring environment for service users through high standard of professional practice which are conducive to the needs of the client’s. As a clinical lead you will need to spend 12 hours of the working week “Working the Floor”. This includes dispensing of medications, blood/urine sampling etc.



The successful candidate will be supported throughout his/her training and thereafter.







Position: Home Care Manager
Area: Temple Cloud, Bristol, Bath
Requirements: RMN or RGN with RMA (or willing to work towards - funding available)
Type of home: Mental health/dementia - 46 beds
Age: 51 years and over
Salary: 35,000 -38,000, depending on experience (for review in April 2008)
Shift pattern 8-4 pm no weekends. You will be required to work to do 2 nursing shifts over a week, hours 37.5 per week
Holiday: 4 weeks, 20 days, including Bank Holidays
