Single furnished room in shared house (£50 pw)
Hi,
I have a single furnished room in a shared house in Bedminster Down.
The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 reception rooms, 1 bathroom a big garden and plenty of storage.
The room is a good size single (an estate agent would call it a double!) fully furnished if required.
Would suit someone who works in Bristol but lives elsewhere and is looking to rent a room Monday - Thursday (I would consider dropping the price for this) or someone who doesn't mind a smaller room.
Looking for a professional, non smoker who enjoys spending time with housemates whether that be staying in or going out.
