House: The downstairs has an open plan dining room and living room with a new, modern kitchen and bathroom. The bedrooms are upstairs. There is also a pretty garden complete with picnic bench, BBQ, well tended flower beds and even some runner beans!

Amenities: We have high speed broadband and WIFI throughout the house. The TV has a wide variety of channels and V Plus recording facility. The house has all mod cons.

Location: The location is excellent, with local shops and Morrisons within walking distance and M32, M4, M5 and Ring Road nearby. The city centre is very accessible and we are on a good, regular bus route. There is parking available on the road and the house is off the main road, so is quite quiet.

We are two young professionals and are easy-going and friendly. We have a sweet, well-behaved cat and hope to find a young professional.
