A well established Energy Management Company, specialising in Building HVAC Engineering and Controls, is seeking an HVAC Engineering consultant who is a specialist in Energy Management.

Our clients primary core business is commercial buildings with a service that is designed tailored to assist managers of buildings and facilities in the efficient management and operation of Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning plant and equipment within all types of Commercial and Public Sector buildings.

As an integral part of their business they provide impartial Energy Management and Engineering expertise for Clients, to ensure that the services they receive are of the highest standard, which will minimise expenditure and improve overall performance of buildings, without raising costs.

Therefore candidates will be require to not only have a solid experience with HVAC consulting but also to be fully conversant with energy; reducing energy consumption and troubleshooting.

Responsible for;

- Management of HVAC Contractor site activities ensuring best practice standards are sustained

- Conducting conditions surveys of HVAC plant

- Report on buildings, produce specifications and put out to tender for contracting companies to handle the installation and maintenance as reported.

- Provide technical support 

- Providing Planned Preventative Maintenance plans 

- Achieving greatest value for our Clients. 

- Monitoring & targeting of energy use, therefore a knowledge of Building Management Systems is be required. Qualifications in energy assessment are preferred i.e. CIBSE 'Air Conditioning Level 3 or 4 '
