Hi,

One of my housemates is moving out because she is getting married and so we have a large double room available in our house.

We live in a three bed house in Bishopston (40yards from glos road). I guess you already know how excellent this area is. It is about 30 mins walk from town and Clifton. Bishopston itself is fantastic and the Gloucester road is buzzing nowadays. There is nowhere in Bristol that I would rather live than right here.

We are into all of the regular things and enjoy the pubs at the weekend, but are just as happy to stay in with a bottle of wine and a listen to music or watch a DVD (I didn't really want to write that as every ad seems to say it and it is a cliché, but it is true). I could list all of our interests etc., but the simple fact is that we are regular, happy, normal, sociable folks and easy to get on with. I am a 30 year old male and Monika is a 34 year old female from Spain. Certainly both young at heart.

The room is rather charming and gets loads of light. It is furnished and has a double bed. Rent is £295pcm plus bills. The house is rather nice and a bit quirky. I have been there for nearly three years now and have made it very homely. People always enjoy visiting and comment on what a great place it is.

The room will be available on the 1st of September.
