My client has a portfolio of hotels across four continents with several brands from luxury to budget. This newly opened Hotel which is providing a quality service to the South West for both business and leisure traveller alike is based close to a regional airport so is busy and lively so needs upbeat staff to keep up!

The property has 80 Bedrooms plus Room Service, Restaurant, Bar, Meeting/Banqueting Facilities and is a busy location!

We are recruiting for a Food & Beverage Manager whose role would cover the following:


• To co ordinate the restaurant, bar and lounge at all times to include staff and service.
• You will be responsible for staff development and ensuring high levels of customer service are achieved.
• You will be reporting directly into the Deputy General Manager
• The ideal Food & Beverage Manager will have either Hotel or Retail Management Experience
