Bishopstrow House is looking for an experienced Senior Waiter/Chef de Rang. In this role you will need to have excellent customer service and communication skills, be very well presented. Have a good knowledge of wines and able to work under pressure with a ‘Can Do’ attitude. Have an enthusiasm and motivation to work in the hospitality industry especially with a very high standard of food and service. As well as being a good team leader, motivating and keeping a small team enthusiastic and ensuring they are able to deliver. Duties will include: - Serving customers to a very high standard, preparation for service, stock control, ensuring that you understand all meals on the menus. Team leader, motivating, training on duty, working closely with senior management to ensure a fantastic service is given to customer. Managing on stations.
