I have a double room available in a Victorian house in Knowle.
The house is well kept by the current mix of friendly male and female professional tenants who are in their 20's.
The room has a brand new carpet and has just been decorated throughout and is spacious. There is a large bathroom in the house, a modern kitchen and a communal sitting area.
There is a small garden to the rear and a side access if you have a bike. There is on street parking available immediately outside the house.
The room is left unfurnished and all necessary white goods are supplied in the kitchen area. There is wireless internet connection available also.
The house is within walking distance of the local high street, shopping centre and major bus routes located on Wells Road. It’s about a 15 min walk to Temple Meads or a 5 min drive to city centre.
