I am honest, clean and tidy, a N/S with no pets. I have never had any complaint against me in my 8 years of renting and the rent has always been paid in full. I have rented my present home for the past 4yrs.
Would you accept H/B benefit in the first instance (rent paid in full) with 1 month's rent in advance (total advance) until i have re-located. I am looking in the Totterdown, Montpelier, Gloucester Rd, any central location considered.
