Linux Engineer

Excellent opportunity to join a leading distributor of digital media and market lead in internet services.

As part of our system growth we are beginning implementation of Linux based infrastructure to integrate within our systems. You will be required to design, plan and implement the initial setup of an CentOS RedHat SUSE and UBUNTU environment which adheres to design strategies within all parts of the enterprise scale business. We will be seeing an increase in Linux based systems and so knowledge transfer through documentation and skill sharing with other team members will be required.
You must posses a few years of solid Linux experience with RedHat; Worked in a Windows environment in a large organisation; Understanding of release systems. You may be required to be part of the on-call rota, and be available to assist on an emergency basis.
