Supported Housing Officer, Bristol

Package: £10-12 per hour + DOE

Required an experienced Supported Housing Officer for an ASAP start on a rolling temporary contract.

Duties:
•Support and Housing Management
•Arrears management for properties – all tenancies
•Health and safety
•Maintenance reporting
•Voids and re-lets
•Interviews
•Sign ups
•Report writing
•Preparing court papers/attending court
•Advocacy work with residents
•Neighbourhood disputes
•Dealing with outside agencies
•Emotional support
•Debt management
•Regular house visits

Previous experience handling housing management issues including rent arrears and pre-paring cases for court is essential.
This position is subject to an up to date CRB check.
