Sales Support, Customer Service Advisor £18K

This Client is seeking a Sales Support / Customer Service Executive, which is an important position within the Sales Team.
Profile:
The job-holder will develop in-depth knowledge of online products and the associated pricing structures with the intention of developing into a Sales Executive role.
Responsibilities include:
.Sales Administration Tasks
.Conference and Events attendance
.Client visits and online product demonstrations and training
.Telephone sales - inbound and outbound (new sales)
.Retention work
This role involves a high level of customer contact and the conference attendance and training will occasionally involve nights away from home. Excellent communications skills are needed as is the ability to be a 'team player'.
Role Requirements:
Ability to develop a full understanding of the products and in particular the electronic services in order to develop into Sales Executive role (training given)
Ability to gain knowledge of business procedures, and in particular the subscriptions process
Customer Services/Telesales/Account management experience
Ability to communicate across all departments and work as a team member

Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
