You will be sharing with 4 others, a nice mix of gender and nationalities.

All are employed (i.e. no students :-) )
There is a communal lounge with sofa's and TV, a fully fitted kitchen with all the usual and washing machine.
Boiler for central heating and hot water.
A small but actually quite pleasant secure garden.
Upstairs the main bathroom with electric shower.

The room itself has a double bed, wardrobe, chair and desk. Though furntiure items can be removed if you wish.

Please note, *all* bills listed are included i.e. water, electric,gas, council tax, communal TV license.

Would suit a quiet non smoking individual. All the other people in the house are also quiet and friendly.

Landlord is a top fella! - though I am writing this text so what do you expect! ;-)

References will be required, proof of employment, proof of id (usually passport) and a deposit (which is lodged with the government scheme).
Rent is paid *only* by standing order and monthly in advance.
Contract can be 3 months or longer
