Skipping, bagwork, padwork, running, sprints, bleep tests, sparring, circuits, weight training, old skool strength training, kettlebells, tyre flipping.

New purpose built large boxing gym with all new equipment with 14 punchbags and balls, 16 ft boxing ring, Olympic weights and benches, kettle bells, dumbbells, large aerobic area with sports sprung flooring and mirrored walls.

Join on the most active and successful award winning boxing clubs in the southwest, with plenty of opportunity to compete across the country and in championships.

Schools boxing program, one to one coaching or small groups also available.
