Assistant Manager - Bristol - £17000 - £19000 plus bonus

As Assistant Manager your focus will be on leading your team, supporting your General Manager and delivering excellent customer service at all times. These restaurants are located in Bristol so we are looking for personality, knowledge of the UK market and the ability to drive sales and inspire your staff with energy and enthusiasm. A sound financial knowledge and brilliant front of house skills are required from an Assistant Manager, and while my client is open to background you will have experience within the hospitality industry to at least Assistant Management level. Branded restaurant backgrounds are ideal but not essential but you must be a confident manager with superb communication skills.

The basic salary for this position ranges from £16000 up to £18000 depending on experience.
