Salary: £14,000 + Uncapped Bonus (OTE £22,000)
Location: Bristol
We are currently recruiting for a Customer Retention Advisor for a highly ambitious Insurance Brokerage based in North Bristol. You will be responsible for liaising with policy holders and ensuring customer retention levels are kept to a satisfactory level.
Responsibilities
Directly report to the Credit Control Team Manager
Retain policies from being cancelled and to lower the overall cancellation rate
Contacting clients (outbound and inbound) to retain policies from being cancelled
Deliver a % retention rate every month that concurs with set KPI`s
Ensuring organisation and its group members are viewed in a positive way to customers and insurance companies
Providing cross sale leads for other PLC/ group companies
Liaising with departments across the company to ensure company processes and procedures are followed
Collecting outstanding balances if a client cancellation cannot be prevented (exhausting all skilled retention efforts before cancellation is undertaken
Skills
Due to the location of our client you will need your own transport as public transport is not available
Customer Service Experience or sales experience within Insurance
Ability to communicate and resolve insurance queries
Good negotiator coupled with effective rapport building skills
Professional and positive attitude
Ability to act on own initiative and work as part of a team
Contact centre experience is desirable
