The Hell Bay is one of the finest 'escape' hotels in the UK. Combination of unstuffy luxury within a stunning location, chic, contemporary and offering immeasurable peace and tranquility. Hell Bay is located on the beautiful island of Bryer on the Isles of Scilly which is located 28 miles of the coast of Cornwall.
A Sous /Senior Chef De Partie is required to assist the Head Chef in the smooth running of the kitchen which will cover menu planning, ordering, stock control and maintaining excellent levels of hygiene. deputising for the Head Chef in his absence, the training, assistance and control of all staff under him. Above all, cooking to a very hig standard, total commitment, passion and flexibility is essential to maintain this very successful kitchen.
The successful applicant must have experience in a similar position at a busy high quality establishment. and must be passionate about food.
Accommodation is provided for this position which is required from now until the end of October.
