This restaurant will be opening in Autumn of this year and is looking for an experienced, passionate, enthusiastic Sous Chef to have complete training before starting and be able to assist the Head Chef in opening the kitchen. They are looking to recruit now so apply as soon as you can! This really is an opportunity not to missed as you will be able to work with fresh, quality, authentic Italian produce, run a busy kitchen and gain fantastic training.

Sous Chef Requirements:
*For this position you must be enthusiastic and hard working
*A passion for Italian food
*This will be a busy environment and experience of working in a busy kitchen and staying calm under pressure is essential
*You will need to be flexible with working hours
*Extremely high hygiene standards
*A background of working with fresh quality food but also an understanding of specified menus and recipes which need to be followed
*The ability to assist the Head Chef in their daily duties and run the kitchen in their absence

The salary ranges from £19,000 to £22,000
If you are flexible on location then there will be a lot of room for advancement
This kind of training you will not get from many other restaurant groups
