Our client is part of a large hotel group located on the outskirts of Bristol.
The hotel has 100+ bedrooms and extensive conference + banqueting facilities and food + beverage operation.

Job Description

An opportunity exists for a passionate and driven individual to join the established team of this hotel, popular with business people and families alike.

The food offering includes fine dining with a modern twist where the opportunity exists to go for their 1st rosette before the end of 2008.

Required Experience

The right candidate for the role will ideally come from a hotel environment, and has firm experience in a similar position.
The following criteria forms part of the position:

* Experience in producing all food from fresh
* Fine dining experience
* Volume experience
* Passion and creativity
* Ability to assist in driving operation forward and gain 1st rosette

Salary and Benefits

The starting salary for this role is £16000 depending on experience.
