Receptionist with audio tying duties
Hours of work - Monday to Friday 8.45am – 5.15pm (55 mins for lunch)
Salary - £15,500 - £16,000
Duties and Responsibilities:
Working from the main reception desk, you will work with one other person to answer all incoming calls, meet and greet visitors, deal with any incoming and outgoing mail, be responsible for the appearance and house keeping of the reception area, data entry onto excel spreadsheets, type any overflow letters and documents (Audio) and deal with any general admin that may arise. The reception area can be very busy some days but very quiet on others, so applicants must be happy with a varied day rather than a steady flow of visitors and routine.
For one hour in the morning and two hours in the afternoon you will work alone as the other receptionist is part time.
Criteria:
Applicants must have an excellent telephone manner, dress very professionally, have reception experience and be able to audio type to a speed in excess of 45 wpm.
IT skills must include Word and general Excel knowledge. This company work from Outlook
The phone system is a Panasonic one-line system
